Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
Prices
Flight and hotel prices come from our travel partners and can change until a booking is confirmed. Package prices on this site are a starting price per person and are confirmed in writing before payment.
Bookings with partners
When you book a flight or hotel through a partner link, your contract is with that partner or airline, and their terms, fare rules and cancellation policies apply.
Packages
Umrah and holiday packages are subject to availability, visa approval and the rules of the destination country. We will tell you the inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms before you pay.
Visas
Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities. We help you prepare documents but cannot guarantee approval.
